NanoPattern Technologies has invented and patented a photodefinable hardmask compound that allows interposer manufacturers to achieve feature sizes of 5 microns and below, enabling the next generation of chip-to-chip connectivity. The breakthrough provides superior etch resistance and higher pattern fidelity all while integrating seamlessly into existing semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
